The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I was actually surprised with the eco-friendly initiatives that the hotel has implemented, including a free drink who participate. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located near public transportation, restaurants, and nightlife. Comfortable room with helpful amenities such as a local phone line and tablet. Friendly and informative staff provided great service throughout the stay. Enjoyed the unique museum-like decor and interesting postal items displayed in the common areas. Delicious breakfast provided with a fantastic showerhead in the room.

We loved the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. Breakfast with excellent cappuccino, lovely coffee and proper Espresso. Cozy lobby👌🙂

The Ruby Lissi Hotel in Vienna offers a clean and cozy room with friendly staff. The location is excellent, close to the metro station and central to the city. The breakfast is of good quality and the bed is very comfortable.

we loved almost every detail of this fantastic central hotel, including location and staff. exceptionally comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television and a sitting area in the room. early check-in was a bonus. you could leave a car nearby.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a modern and luxurious feel. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a tiring day of exploring the city. The hotel bar had a relaxed atmosphere and offered reasonably priced drinks. The location of the hotel was great, being close to the city center and transportation systems, making it convenient to visit various attractions.

The size of the rooms, smaller than expected. The odd shape of our room made it feel cramped, and there were no drawers available for storage.

I had a very enjoyable experience here, everything was nice, the location was fantastic not far from city center and restaurants and a post office. The most important was the staff - pleasant and superfriendly people. The room was spotless and soundproof, included with a great design as well as shower gel.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and fairly clean, it had very good wi-fi, its location was practical close to all tourist attractions. The staff was outstanding and informative, the room was elegant.

The value for money at Ruby was excellent, with a modern and clean room that had a comfortable bed and a spacious desk for working. The location is perfect, right by the metro station and close to all the shops, bars, and clubs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement with more interesting and plentiful options.

This place is amazing! The location is great as it's really close to a lot of good restaurants and landmarks. The service housekeeping is also top notch and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and sitting area made my stay even better.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities, especially the see-through shower in our fresh room. The location was excellent right next to the Schwedenplatz metro station and close to the airport bus with easy access to transportation. The hotel staff was helpful, and we enjoyed the lively street with plenty of dining options.

Located near the main attractions, the hotel is very accessible, being just near a subway station, in the center of the city. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The breakfast has a good selection of fresh and healthy options. The hotel has a great design and modern facilities, like guitars in the bar area and a 24h reception.

The hotel could improve their galley selection and room service for guests who prefer to dine in.

Lastly, the location of this hotel is fantastic. It is situated in a lively part of the city, close to the Underground and downtown areas.

We had a fantastic stay at Ruby! We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price and the friendly staff who even offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival. The location of the hotel was excellent, conveniently located near tram and metro stations. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable, and we were able to comfortably move around. The shower was superb and the added bonus of a shower curtain on the outside of the glass shower wall provided extra privacy. The tablet check-in process was quick and easy, and we appreciated the availability of English-spoken TV channels. Having two entrances to the building was also a great convenience, especially on rainy days. a great value for money.
